The site is for professionals only: browsing the catalogue and prices and placing orders require a business account, opened once MEDIAMART has checked your company details (company name, SIRET or registration number, VAT number). MEDIAMART may refuse or close an account, in particular if the information given is inaccurate or the site is misused.

Your login details are personal and confidential. You are responsible for keeping them safe and for every order placed from your account; please tell us at once of any fraudulent use.

Sales made on the site are governed by our terms and conditions of sale.

Terms of use

The site is operated in accordance with French law. MEDIAMART may change this notice at any time: the version online at the time of your visit is the one that applies.

The site is designed for recent browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge). MEDIAMART does its best to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access; it may in particular be suspended for maintenance.

Limitation of liability

The information on the site is as accurate as possible and regularly updated. It may nevertheless contain errors or omissions: if you find any, please tell us through the contact form, describing the problem as precisely as you can.

Product photographs and visuals are not contractual: colours may vary from one screen to another, and the result of customised products depends on the files supplied.

Any content downloaded from the site is downloaded at the user's own risk. MEDIAMART cannot be held liable for any damage to the user's equipment or loss of data resulting from a download, nor for the use made of the information on the site. Users are responsible for taking the usual precautions against viruses and other malicious software.

Intellectual property

All the content of the site (texts, photographs, visuals, videos, logos, trademarks, icons, layout) is the exclusive property of MEDIAMART, except for trademarks, logos or content belonging to partner companies or to their authors.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or distribution of these elements, even partial, is prohibited without MEDIAMART's prior written consent. It would constitute an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. MEDIAMART also holds the database producer's rights over the site (articles L.341-1 et seq. of the same code).

Resellers with an account may use the Sixten product visuals and descriptions to present and sell these products, provided they respect the brand's image. Any other use requires our consent, to be requested through the contact form.

The files (logos, artwork) you send us to customise products remain your property; they are only used to manufacture your orders.

A link to the home page of the site (https://b2b.sixten-environmental.com) may be created without permission, provided it opens in a new window. Any deep link to another page, or display of the site within a frame ("framing"), requires MEDIAMART's prior consent.

The site may contain links to other sites. MEDIAMART has no control over their content or availability and cannot be held liable for their content, the products or services they offer, or the use made of them.

Personal data

MEDIAMART, as data controller, collects the personal data needed to open and manage your business account and to process your orders: identity and contact details of your staff, company information, delivery and billing addresses, order history, customisation files.

• Purposes and legal bases: management of accounts, orders, invoicing and customer service (performance of the contract); bookkeeping (legal obligation); information about our products for our business customers and site security (legitimate interest).
• Recipients: MEDIAMART's authorised staff and its service providers, for what their task requires: hosting (OVH, France), payment provider (Stripe), carriers. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties.
• Retention: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years after the last contact; accounting records (invoices) 10 years, as required by the French Commercial Code. Card data is processed by Stripe and never stored by MEDIAMART.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object. To exercise these rights, write to us through the contact form or by post to MEDIAMART, 114 rue des Vanniers, 40150 Soorts-Hossegor, France. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a site. This site only uses cookies needed for it to work: keeping you signed in to your account, the contents of your cart, the language and currency chosen, security. When you pay by card, Stripe also sets cookies needed to prevent fraud.

These cookies do not require your consent. You can block them in your browser settings, but signing in to your account and ordering will no longer work.

Governing law and disputes

This notice is governed by French law. Any dispute about its interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of MEDIAMART's registered office. French is the reference language.
